WTF? Dan leaves the band and Dave gets the backlash?

We could all do our own speculation...but, come on...the notion that Dan left the band after all these years cause Dave liked Michael better...that's too childish to even speculate.

I'll be right there carrying on with ya.

Being a late arrival, I only got to see Soul Asylum live twice. The comarderie between Dan and Dave was obvious. That connection will be sorely missed.

To Dan I wish all the best - and for the years of drudgery that it took to give me those two shows - a heartfelt thanks.

It was a wild and crazy time - and well worth the loss of sleep. I'm still a little confused about who said what and who is who...

My first response was "Okey dokey" 'cause I'm not really sure what it "sounds like."

From what I understand, Mr. Carlos had back problems for quite some time and everyone kind of saw that one coming.

The real problem here is Dave. Sometimes he talks about it even when they don't ask him about it.

Guess even after all these years, whatever lured him here still has him under its spell.
