Favorite Golden Smog Album

I thought I'd get this discussion thread rolling with a poll. I'm sure a lot of you are familar with the Minneapolis supergroup Golden Smog, which includes Soul Asylum member Dan Murphy. So far they have released a total of five albums (2 of which are technically consdered EP's). There is not one al...

Those pictures aren't actually attachments, they are just embedded from another site. An attachment would be a file that you upload to your post from your computer (I looked into the attachements option further and that is an extra mod for the forum). To display a picture from another site, post the...

Attachments are not enabled. I'm not sure if Jakob has them disabled or it is another probelm with the AntiSpam. Is this the picture you're referring to though?

Awesome, thanks for the link. That's definitely the most info I have read about whats he's doing now. When I was doing the Wikipedia entries for SA, I barely could find anything about him, or what he was doing today. Checking out that site a bit further, I found an awesome thread about Loud Fast Rul...

Re: Switch the site suggestions and article section

I just think the articles section is more related to the band talk--maybe it could be moved. Website issues have always been listed at the bottom of other forums I've been on for a long time, so I guess I feel it's not high priority to most forumites. Not trying to be a pest, just a stickler for or...

I'm not so much of a Radiohead fan, but I did liked a few of their songs (Karma Police, Paranoid Android) on their 1997 album OK Computer . I think it's pretty cool on what they're doing with their new album. It seems that they are going a similar route as Trent Reznor/Nine Inch Nails did with their...

That's definitely an amazing album Tim. It's nice to see all the wonderful shots all in one collection. I appreciate you letting us use the photos for the site. They'll undoubtedly be a great addition to the "Shows" section once we get that up and running, as well as for the random image on the main...

That's a tough one. If I had to pick one off of The Silver Lining I would most likely pick Oxygen. I have really enjoyed that song ever since they started playing it live back before it was on the album (although the final version did change a little bit, and not for the worse). The song is full of ...
