In remembrance

Post by philipgar »

I just wanted to take a minute today to remember the greatness of Karl. He was one hell of a Bass player, and one of the nicest guys you could ever have had the pleasure of meeting. It's hard to believe it's been six years already. It's just not the same seeing the band without him.

Very cool stuff. You're right, super nice guy. I met him once in a hotel lobby in Norfolk Va, he singed my "say what you wll..." cd. He won't be forgotten. Cheers!!

We miss you, Karl. So glad you're there in spirit at every show.

I like to think of Karl as a benevolent guardian angel of rock, who rocks.

It's hard to believe it's been that long. I miss seeing him play. He made bass look like the easiest thing in the world.
