Hey there everyone. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tabbed out any songs from Delayed Reaction yet? If so I'd love to see them, especially Gravity, The Streets, The Juice or Take Manhattan. Also, I was wondering where Tommy has been. Don't get me wrong, Winston has been AWESOME, but I was just curious about Tommy's status. Thanks.

Tommy was touring with GNR for awhile. He's home now, but idk what his deal is with the band. He says he really enjoys being in SA "when his schedule allows" so idk what he's been up to since he got back from touring. It kinda bothers me that in interviews and stuff he tends to put SA on the back burner, but whatever, it's his life. Anyway, a few weeks ago I was talking to Dave after the First Avenue show and I asked him if Tommy was coming back. He said, "I don't know, we'll see what the future holds." So I guess you can take what you want from that.

He knows that fans want to see Tommy though, because he was making a joke about covering up the picture of him on the wall (long story) and I said, "No! Not Tommy! Sorry, I got a thing for Tommy" and he said, "Yeah, you and everyone else tonight."

So I guess you can say that our request for more Tommy has been submitted and is pending.

I think Dan plays the above with a delay. If you don’t have a delay but still want to make it sound like on the album (and have big hands), try:

Play the C-chord when the band hits in. It sounds really good when you hit the chord first without your index and middle finger (x30003) and then do a hammer on the b and d-string on the first beat. I hope you know what I mean.
Dave (or Dan) does a lot of hammering around, on both the d and the b string, also while playing the other chords, so use that wherever it sounds good. I like to keep the chorus nice and tidy though; just like the bridge.
