SA's Spoken Word

There was this video of Dave reading poetry. What was this video for?

Nice find, Lune!

The entire first minute of the video, I was sitting there thinking, "Does he sound sarcastic or what?", and now I guess I realize why that was.

I have no idea what the purpose of that video was. Funny to look at, though.

I always imagined dave more for the rapper type than the spoken word . . .

I couldn't distinguish between Karl's voice and Dan's. Who was that sounded so concerned? I'm betting it's Dan

If you're referring to the one who said, "You got a cut bud. You got a cut on your nose", that definitely sounded like Dan.

I found it surprising that I didn't even get any results Googling that quote... was the whole quote a joke too?

And the one who said "EXCELLENT" is ... Karl?

I wonder what the flavor of the pie is?

I DID THAT TOO! I even went as far as our library to search that quote! I didn't even find a Howard Johnson!

Pretty sure it's an old motto/slogan of Howard Johnson Motor Lodges and Restaurant...but not completely sure.

I wondered if it was something like that. I can't say I've heard of a poet named Howard Johnson. :)
