Leno, SNL, and Palais Royale shows on YouTube!

Post by EFISH »

Does anyone have the video of this, possibly throw it up on youtube? Always wanted to see it but never had the chance. :)

I have a copy of it. I still have to finalize the disc because I burned it on my DVD/VHS recorder.

I'll put it up on youtube, but I don't know how long it might last because I think NBC has some issues with videos being posted on there (which was probably why it was taken down, cause I remember it being on there as well). If it does stay up, Ill see if I can go about posting their Saturday Night Live performance.

I've noticed a few performances up there that still remain on youtube, but I think thats because it doesn't use any NBC/SNL/LENO related keywords.

I'll have to edit the Leno video because it still has the commercials and such, but I should have it up by tonight.

Yeah, that video's crazy! I've seen that before on youtube, it's one of my favorites. The crowd is so cool. I think it said it was from a show in Tokyo.

I also just recently put up a bunch of video's from the Palais Royale show, which had an orchestra playing with them and is professionally shot. (Thank you to the person who sent me this DVD in the mail from the other thread!)

You can see these vid's I put up right here:

Nooow if only we can get that Stand up and be Strong. :P

Edit: You rock! Just don't use any keywords they'd find. :D

I love that Palais Royale show. And I love that moment where Dave says, "This is a harmonica. Don't be scared." Stranger is on my Most Wanted list for songs to see them play live.

Anytime. Lets just hope it stays on there a while. I'm in the middle of converting the SNL videos now.

I got the Saturday Night Live performances up on YouTube (again, don't know if they'll last). Only took me 8 years to convert those clips onto DVD (commercials showed that I copied it from Comedy Central in 1999). :D Now I'll at least have a copy of them on MP3.

By the way, I changed the title of the thread so that more members can see that the clips that we posted.

Brilliant videos, guys, and great quality!

I'm currently overhauling all of the code for the Discography section (and for the entire site, actually). I'll be sure to include all of those videos when I'm done.

These look great, but the volume is really low. Thanks for posting them!

I love the end of Somebody to Shove when Dave is doing the magic voodoo hand motions at the guitar. He did that in Raleigh and I got upset that some guy stuck his arm in front of my camera when I tried to take a pic of it.
