Has anyone else bought tickets for this yet? What's up with the seating chart? It's usually general admission.......

Got my tickets. Yes, looks as all seats are reserved. Last time they played there I don't even think they opened the balcony.

I saw them there in 09 and no, I don't think the balcony was opened. We just sat in a booth.

No, although it does seem like that long ago, they did play there again in 2009; you and Scot were at that one as well. :P

But I agree, great 2 shows and a great venue (with the big booths and standing room right up against the stage).

So, I am thinking that if Dan will be at this show once we see what the announcement will be, I will try to come up for this show. (Back to where it all began for me :) ) But since it's all assigned seats, I don't want to wait too long to buy tickets or I'll end up in the balcony , which would drive me crazy. Of course if it would turn out to be some kind of last show for the D + D Duo or something (fingers crossed that's NOT the case) I would do anything to be there regardless of where they sat me. If there is room up by the stage, is there freedom of movement that a person can get closer to the front without a ticket from the front? Just trying to gauge what this venue is like. I've never been there but I've seen videos and looks like a great stage with stars and lighting! But sitting in a chair for Soul Asylum show is just wrong!

Here's a picture of what it looks like; you can see the open area right up front where you can stand right up to the stage. Right behind that are the big booths. I would think if you were only able to get a ticket from the balcony area I would think you'd have a pretty good chance you could make your way up front (a lot of people who even had a booth up front sat down). The place has a capacity of 508 you might be good getting a close seat.

I also think there's another row of seats under the balcony which you can't see.

Hope that helps.

I'm thinking that if there is some sort of "last show" - I'll be taking a plane far from Phoenix - which isn't all that unusual for me but since I'm currently out of a job, it will be a credit card funded trip. I don't care though. I MUST see them together even if for one last time.
