Is it my imagination or did they also break out into a verse of "Three's Company"
"Come and knock on our door....."
Anyone else remember that?

Re: Cubby Bear
Hmm...that's too bad that you left the show feeling that way. I, too am a long-time fan and have seen them dozens of times over the last 20 years. I really just thought the show was great, the band was in a great mood and put on an amazing performance. Remember, when you're at a show, you're only se...

Re: Cubby Bear
I agree. This was such a great show! There was something extra energetic about it. Whenever Dave seemed to have issues with his guitar (which started in the first song) he just grabbed the mike and sang with his hand gestures and facial expressions and it was very entertaining to see him free of the...

Re: What song would you like to hear SA cover?
Judging by some of their own humorous picks - I'm gonna cast another vote (previously suggested some Neil Diamond)
How 'bout 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton or Copa Cabana by Barry Manilow
Just imagine it for a minute...you'll chuckle.

Re: Who do you suppose Dave wrote "Close" for?
Seems as though it would at least be about people that have - known each other forever and can complete each others thoughts - and sometimes he writes his songs years before they could appear on a CD, so who knows.
Whatever the meaning, love the song.

Re: Who do you suppose Dave wrote "Close" for?
Either way, it sounds like a song written for somebody that just "gets" you. It's one of my favorites. And as always, it's written in that Dave-way that makes you ponder it....

Re: What would be the ultimate duet?
Okay, you're probably all gonna think I'm bizarre for saying this, but the first thing that popped into my head when reading this was Kris Kristofferson and his "Sunday Morning Coming Down"....great song!
We'll see what I come up with after really giving it some thought.....

The Ultimate Best Man Speech
Okay, so for a long time I've been wanting to share this, and I'm finally doing it. I think that you all will understand it and appreciate it. A little intro to the story behind it - My husband and I -- our best friend was named John. Back in the late 80's/early 90's John was attending college in Mi...

Re: Milwaukee
Let's not forget the very entertaining version from Tommy of "My Generation" and Bittersweet Heart was thrown in during the encore, as well. I agree with you all that the encore was by far the highlight of the show and I agree very much with what Judith said. I, too, wanted to just shout out "Hey Da...
