Re: golden smog
The Jayhawks have played a few Golden Smog songs on their recent tour. "Until You Came Along" was a highlight.

Re: golden smog
what is that? 35 yrs?Matthew wrote:I picked up one of this 35 years edition of Golden Smog, any favorite songs?
Re: golden smog
Well, that was cool. I never knew the Smog made an official video(s?).
Jeff Tweedy still plays Please Tell My Brothers and Radio King in his solo shows. He and Kraig Johnson looked like they coulda been brothers in the early-mid 1990s.
35 Years seems to be an alternate packaging promo for Down By The Old Mainstream:

Re: golden smog
The only Golden Smog music video I remember was for "V." It aired on 120 Minutes in the spring of 1996. That was the only time I remember it being on MTV.
Re: golden smog

Re: golden smog
Weird Tales is Gold. Definitely a Desert-Island Disc. Down By The Old Mainstream ain't too bad either. Look for their 12/12/98 Minneapolis show, and that's about as a good a live performance can get by anyone. Has most of both albums on it.
